I hired a crew van to go to a festival with my pals. We are all a bit older and wanted to take a lot of kit. We had ample room. Six seats for four of us. Air Conditioning that worked. Loads of space in the van compartment and a bulkhead to keep us safe. Picking up and dropping off was straightforward. My deposit was returned to my account within 24 hours of drop off. Thanks so much to the Kendall team for helping me save our family holiday. Our car broke down on our way to Dorset. I had about an hour before the branch was closed and managed to hire a van and get us back on our way super easily. The van performed perfectly and I was able to drop it off at night using the gate code and key box, which helped out a lot with our logistics. I now understand why there are so many Kendall branded vans in the area. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent service offered! Due to my own car being involved in an accident, I needed to hire a car for a few days to drive to Belgium for a short holiday. At fairly short notice, Kendall Leatherhead were able to arrange hire of one of their cars and all the necessary paperwork/insurance to drive to Belgium and back. They were even able to confirm the VRM of the hire vehicle a few days beforehand so I could change my EuroTunnel booking, etc. a great service and the car hired was new and in good condition. Kendall were also close to half price of another local independent hire firm I contacted. Thanks to all involved for a great hire process.

Very friendly and helpful with good prices. The service is excellent. On one occasion, we experienced an issue with the immobilizer. They instructed us by phone and were ready to arrive and help us in case this wasn’t enough.
Also, we made a very minor damage to the car. Many companies would have taken advantage of that to cheat us. They, instead, charge us only a few tens of pounds for that.

I arrived to pick up the car, admittedly not in the best mood – long day, tight schedule – but the staff handled everything with patience & professionalism. I highly recommend booking with Kendall Cars. I hired a small van to help with moving flats. I spoke with Sabrina on the phone initially who was absolutely fantastic – she was so helpful, informative and lovely. She told me everything I would need on the day and what to expect – meaning there were no hidden charges. The price of the van hire was also so much better compared to SIXT, Zipcar etc when I was first looking. My deposit was returned just days after too. Thank you so much – I would 100% use this company again.
The team at Wandsworth Kendall are friendly, polite and do a fantastic job. Everything runs like clockwork and there is very litte waiting time. The prices are great and unlike another global hire firm in Earlsfield, the Kendall team manage their fleet properly and do not accept bookings when a vehicle is not available.

Super helpful and friendly staff, Emile in particular was fantastic and went out of his way to help. Only slight issue is it’s quite hard to find as off the A3 and Google maps takes you to the wrong location.

As visitors from Australia we found Kendall Cars, Guildford an excellent company to deal with. Their ‘meet and greet’ service was a life saver! We had just had two long flights from Australia with our family of 7, including two small children. To walk out of Customs and Immigration at 5:30am with all our luggage, and to find a welcoming Kendall rep with a sign with our name on it was brilliant! Our friendly rep walked us to our car which was in a very close car park and we checked the car which was as new and included the two child seats we had asked for. As the paperwork for all 5 drivers had already been competed and forwarded before we left Australia, all we had to do was furnish our licences, sign the paper and drive away!
